Greek Late Archaic bronze Kouros ??? Patera handle.

Worn details. Fine dark reddish brown patina with green spots.

The kouros (youth) is standing frontal in the nude with both arms raised to support a capital and stretched joined legs. His head with long braided hair falling on the back of the head and around the forehead, tied with a hair fillet.
The face with large almond shape eyes, the mouth with a slight smile.
The elongated slender body with details of the anatomic parts.
The kouros is surmounted by a capital with two diverging volutes flanked by half palmettes, topped by a large palmette seen from the back – a supporting element of the patera (libation vessel). He stands on an additional palmette.
The kouros is modeled in the Greek archaic style, frontal and frozen with slightly stylized features.
