Sassanian bluish-green cut glass small bowl or pyxis.
6 century AD.
Height: 4.2 cm. (1 5/8 in.)
Perfect condition. Fine silvery iridescence.

The hemispherical body is decorated with six rectangles in low relief with circular facet in high relief in the center. A single large facet forms the base of the bowl. Low vertical straight rim.
